The FED 3 has ENEC and BSI Kitemark Approval, itis a high quality 3 hour switchable emergency lighting module designed to suit a wide range of LED types, circuits and applications. The unit is designed to work with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries and is available in 2 versions, one with PCB terminal blocks, for internal mounting inside a luminaire, or a pre-wired version for mounting remotely from the luminaire where integral mounting is not possible. The module automatically adjusts the output current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration. The module is supplied with a green charge healthy indicator LED.
This range pioneers the use of LiFePO4 battery technology, dramatically reducing energy consumption and facilities management labour.Â
